6 सितंबर 2026 को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने चित्रकूट जनपद में रामघाट और मंदाकिनी नदी के आसपास बाढ़-प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का निरीक्षण कर राहत, बचाव और पुनर्वास की समीक्षा की। 800 बाढ़-प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत सामग्री दी गई तथा जिन पात्र परिवारों के आवास नष्ट हुए, उन्हें भूमि-आवंटन प्रमाणपत्र और आपदा राहत सहायता उपलब्ध कराई गई। समीक्षा में फसल-हानि, क्षतिग्रस्त सड़कें, घाट, विद्युत ढाँचा और पुनर्वास भी शामिल थे।

राज्य की आधिकारिक प्रेस-विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार इस घटना के दौरान एक दिन में 660 मिमी से अधिक वर्षा हुई; तुलना के लिए पिछले वर्ष की लगभग 360 मिमी वर्षा का उल्लेख किया गया। मध्य प्रदेश से आए बड़े जल-प्रवाह ने मंदाकिनी की बाढ़ को और गंभीर बनाया। स्थानीय प्रतिक्रिया को कुछ घंटों में SDRF, NDRF और PAC की बाढ़ इकाइयों से सुदृढ़ किया गया और विज्ञप्ति में कुल 8 कंपनियों की तैनाती बताई गई। अलग समीक्षा-नोट में उस चरण तक 35,000 भोजन पैकेट, 4,500 राशन किट और 650 खातों में ₹50 लाख सहायता दर्ज की गई।

घटना ने नदी-बेसिन से जुड़ा एक स्थायी प्रश्न भी सामने रखा। समीक्षा में मंदाकिनी के जलग्रहण क्षेत्र में अतिक्रमण और निर्माण, प्राकृतिक जल-निकासी के लिए पर्याप्त स्थान तथा दीर्घकालिक बाढ़ कार्ययोजना पर ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए गए। राहत व्यवस्था में लगभग 50 किलोग्राम की 26 प्रकार की आवश्यक वस्तुओं वाली किट, सर्पदंश और रेबीज़ उपचार की तैयारी तथा कुछ आपदा-जनित मृत्यु मामलों में त्वरित सहायता की व्यवस्था भी शामिल थी।

6 सितंबर 2026 को उत्तर प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन ने समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित जय प्रकाश नारायण सर्वोदय विद्यालयों के विद्यार्थियों के लिए वित्त वर्ष 2026–27 के प्रोजेक्ट प्रवीण की कार्ययोजना बताई। लक्ष्य है कि नियमित विद्यालयी पढ़ाई के साथ 3,000 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों को रोजगारपरक क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण मिले। प्रशिक्षण का लक्ष्य 31 प्रशिक्षण प्रदाता संस्थाओं को दिया गया है और केंद्रों पर प्रशिक्षण 30 सितंबर 2026 तक आरंभ होना है।

इस व्यवस्था में कौशल को विद्यालय के बाद की अलग गतिविधि न मानकर विद्यालयी अधिगम-पथ से जोड़ा गया है। विद्यार्थियों को रुचि और उपलब्ध मान्य प्रशिक्षण के अनुसार परिधान, IT-ITeS और प्रबंधन जैसे क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण मिल सकता है। एक बैच में अधिकतम 35 विद्यार्थी होंगे और प्रशिक्षण अवधि 300 घंटे तक हो सकती है, जिससे नियमित पढ़ाई को बाधित किए बिना व्यवस्थित व्यावसायिक अधिगम संभव हो सके।

गुणवत्ता-नियंत्रण को मान्य जॉब-रोल और क्षेत्रीय मानकों से जोड़ा गया है। बैच स्वीकृति से पहले संबंधित जॉब-रोल की NCVET और National Qualifications Register (NQR) पर जाँच की जाएगी। पाठ्यक्रम और मूल्यांकन संबंधित Sector Skill Council के निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार होंगे, जबकि प्रशिक्षण प्रदाता को बैच गठन और शिक्षण-सामग्री वितरण जैसी प्रक्रियाओं का मिशन की प्रणाली में अभिलेखीकरण करना होगा।

On 6 September 2026, the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission reported its FY 2026–27 Project Praveen rollout for students of Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Vidyalayas run by the Social Welfare Department. The target is to train more than 3,000 students in employment-oriented sectors while they continue school education. Training targets were assigned to 31 training providers, with centres required to begin training by 30 September 2026.

The design places vocational exposure inside the school-learning pathway rather than treating skilling as a separate post-school activity. Students may be trained in sectors such as apparel, IT-ITeS and management, according to interest and available approved training. A batch can contain a maximum of 35 students, and the total training duration can extend up to 300 hours, allowing vocational learning to be structured around regular schooling.

Quality control is built around recognised job roles and sector standards. Before a batch is approved, the relevant job role is to be checked through NCVET and the National Qualifications Register (NQR). Curriculum and assessment are to follow the standards of the relevant Sector Skill Council, while training providers must document batch formation and distribution of learning material through the Mission’s systems.

परामर्श ने पूर्वानुमान को कृषि क्रियाओं में बदला—जलभराव वाली खरीफ फसलों से जल निकासी, वर्षा के समय सिंचाई और कीटनाशी प्रयोग टालना, कम वर्षा वाले क्षेत्रों में नमी संरक्षण, धान की कल्ले निकलने/गांठ बनने की अवस्था पर ध्यान, समेकित कीट प्रबंधन, पशु टीकाकरण और मत्स्य पालन संबंधी सलाह। राज्य और जिला आपदा हेल्पलाइन 1070 तथा 1077 का भी उल्लेख था।

On 3 September 2026, the Uttar Pradesh Council of Agricultural Research’s Crop Weather Watch Group issued a two-week advisory for 4–17 September. On 3 September 2026, the Uttar Pradesh Go Seva Ayog and Partners in Prosperity entered a technical-cooperation MoU concerning Deenbandhu-model biogas plants and the productive use of cattle dung in gaushalas. The official release proposed a phased technical network of about 1,000 personnel for installation, operation, maintenance, training and monitoring, and cited the partner organisation’s experience with more than 3,900 Deenbandhu biogas units in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

The durable chain is waste-to-energy-to-soil: dung is anaerobically digested to produce biogas; the remaining bioslurry can be used as an organic nutrient input; this can connect clean energy, waste management, soil health and rural livelihoods.

On 2 September 2026, the Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation (UPCOS) was inaugurated at Lok Bhawan, Lucknow, and its portal and website were launched. The Uttar Pradesh Budget 2026–27 provides a ₹20 crore loan for operation of the newly constituted UPCOS under the Secretariat Administration Department. The official release specifically referred to supplies such as bedsheets and gauze/bandage cloth for hospitals, medical colleges and universities, with the Uttar Pradesh State Handloom Corporation serving as an institutional channel.

The durable issue is public procurement as market access for decentralised traditional production. The release recorded about 2,13,107 active weavers in the State, connecting procurement policy with livelihood security and preservation of weaving skills.

डिजिटलीकरण पांच केन्द्रों—गीता प्रेस, गोरखपुर; नागरी प्रचारिणी सभा, वाराणसी; हिंदी साहित्य सम्मेलन, प्रयागराज; राजकीय पाण्डुलिपि पुस्तकालय, प्रयागराज; और सम्पूर्णानन्द संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय, वाराणसी—में चल रहा था। लगभग 14,000 पाण्डुलिपियों का डिजिटलीकरण हो चुका था और अयोध्या, सिद्धार्थनगर, फिरोजाबाद तथा लखनऊ सहित आठ अतिरिक्त केन्द्र अगले चरण के लिए चिह्नित किए गए थे।

On 1 September 2026, the Uttar Pradesh Information and Public Relations Department reported completion of a survey of about 30 lakh manuscripts in the State under the second phase of the Ministry of Culture’s Gyan Bharatam initiative. The survey records manuscripts, their locations and availability so that preservation and digitisation can proceed on a documented inventory rather than through isolated collections.

Digitisation was operating at five centres: Gita Press, Gorakhpur; Nagari Pracharini Sabha, Varanasi; Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayagraj; Government Manuscript Library, Prayagraj; and Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi. About 14,000 manuscripts had been digitised, and eight additional centres were identified for the next stage, including institutions in Ayodhya, Siddharthnagar, Firozabad and Lucknow.
