Abhyas Phir Prayas is a free and non-commercial educational platform operated as a social-service initiative. Its purpose is to make structured UPPSC PCS preparation material accessible to learners without charging for the educational content provided on the platform.

Abhyas Content is independently generated educational content developed through analysis of examination requirements within the boundaries of the notified UPPSC PCS syllabus. Its questions, explanations, learning material and model answers are prepared as independent study material and should not be understood as content issued or approved by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
Abhyas Content अधिसूचित UPPSC PCS पाठ्यक्रम की सीमाओं के भीतर परीक्षा-आवश्यकताओं के विश्लेषण के आधार पर स्वतंत्र रूप से तैयार की गई मौलिक शैक्षिक सामग्री है। इसके प्रश्न, व्याख्याएँ, अध्ययन-सामग्री और मॉडल उत्तर स्वतंत्र अध्ययन सामग्री के रूप में तैयार किए जाते हैं। इन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा जारी अथवा अनुमोदित सामग्री नहीं माना जाना चाहिए।

Model answers provided for Previous Year Mains questions are original Abhyas Content prepared independently for educational and answer-writing purposes. They are not official UPPSC answers, and they have not been issued, approved, authenticated or endorsed by UPPSC.
Previous Year मुख्य परीक्षा के प्रश्नों के लिए उपलब्ध कराए गए मॉडल उत्तर स्वतंत्र रूप से तैयार किए गए मौलिक Abhyas Content हैं। वे केवल अध्ययन और उत्तर-लेखन अभ्यास के उद्देश्य से उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं। वे UPPSC के आधिकारिक उत्तर नहीं हैं तथा UPPSC द्वारा जारी, अनुमोदित, प्रमाणित अथवा समर्थित नहीं हैं।
4. Previous Year Prelims answers — express exclusion

The originality claim made for Abhyas Content and Previous Year Mains model answers does not apply to Previous Year Prelims answers. Where the platform displays the Commission’s answer for a Previous Year Prelims question, that answer remains the Commission’s own answer and is not represented as original Abhyas Content.
Abhyas Content तथा Previous Year मुख्य परीक्षा के मॉडल उत्तरों के संबंध में किया गया मौलिकता दावा Previous Year प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा के उत्तरों पर लागू नहीं होता। जहाँ मंच किसी Previous Year प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा प्रश्न का आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित उत्तर प्रदर्शित करता है, वह आयोग का अपना उत्तर है और उसे मौलिक Abhyas Content के रूप में प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाता।
5. Copyright protection and permitted use

Original Abhyas Content is made available for personal educational use through this free, non-commercial platform. Except where an act is permitted by applicable law, no person may, without authorisation, copy, reproduce, republish, store, circulate, distribute or commercially exploit original Abhyas Content, whether wholly or substantially, in digital, printed or any other form. Unauthorised use which amounts to infringement is prohibited and actionable under the Copyright Act, 1957. Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict any use expressly permitted by applicable law, including statutory exceptions under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Free public access does not place original Abhyas Content in the public domain and does not constitute permission for republication, redistribution, compilation, commercial resale or other commercial exploitation. The platform remains a social-service educational initiative; free access is provided for learning, not for unauthorised appropriation or commercial reuse.
